Guerrilla usability test evaluated the clarity and effectiveness of the OTP (One-Time Password) flow in a Figma prototype. Research aimed to identify usability issues and user expectations. Key findings revealed that users prefer receiving OTPs via phone rather than email, expect auto-fills and push notifications, and found the timer vs. expiration time confusing. No major issues were found. Participants were generally familiar with OTP flows.
